At Rockwall Health Center, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible in our office, just like you would if it were your own home. As soon as you walk in, you will be welcomed with a warm smile by our staff member Jennifer, who will get you started with paperwork. Your First Chiropractic Visit

After paperwork has been completed, you will head back to begin several examinations, including a physical exam, orthopedic exam and neurological exam followed by a discussion of your overall wellbeing with a fitness level test. Understanding the patient’s fitness level allows Dr. Jamal to fully comprehend their health and lets the patient see exactly where they fall on a graph.
Because Dr. Jamal is also certified in Clinical Nutrition, he’ll perform a test to determine any underlying dietary deficiencies that could be hindering your overall wellness. Many patients are often surprised to learn that they are in fact suffering from a nutritional imbalance!
If Dr. Jamal believes additional X-rays or lab tests should be done to dive deeper into conditions or injuries, we refer to an office just one block away for the convenience of our patients.
For your first visit, we recommend reserving about 40 minutes of your day.

Your Second Visit

A few days after your first visit, you will return for your follow up appointment and be given a report of findings relating to all tests that have been performed. At this appointment, Dr. Jamal will provide you with his expert opinion and a custom treatment plan that will help you get on a path to wellness. This treatment plan may include chiropractic adjustments, dietary changes, or a combination of both as well as suggestions for a healthier lifestyle.

Our office is located across from Kroger and just off of the intersection of Ridge Road and Horizon. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30AM – 2PM, 3PM – 6:00PM and Friday 8:30AM – 1:00PM.
